Bring Back Weaver Park

The amazing and well-loved playground at Weaver was demolished and replaced without adequate communication or community input, resulting in a down-sized play structure that lacks accessibility and feels unsafe.  Asheville Parks and Rec and City Officials need to take accountability and fix this poor outcome.

Please attend the Community Meeting on the Weaver Park Playground on Wednesday, Sept. 30 from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Food and children's activities will be provided! City Council members and Mayor Manheimer will be in attendance.
